The NBA is known for unsportsmanlike conduct, and rather uncalled for actions by the players. Recently, the Warriors back up point guard, Shawn Livingston was suspended for one game for taking a shot at all star and future hall of fame power forward, Dirk Nowitzki. They would later talk it at, and Livingston would later say, "You know, for a white guy, it's pretty impressive". Livingston and Dirk are now on good terms, and everything is normal between them, but the NBA on the other hand, did not take so lightly to it. Normally, that would just have been a technical foul, resulting possession of the ball and two free throws. I guess the NBA are looking forward to the next generation of Nowitzkis, so they are trying very hard to protect the family jewels.

Today's blog post is going to be centered around new years resolutions. For most people, new years means saying that you are going to start going to the gym, or maybe jogging everyday. Pretty much its just revolved around physical activity and getting back in shape. So Nike and gyms get a hole lot of business right now. Everyone has to get their new running shoes and dash out to the gym to get the sexy body they have always wanted. This is very unfortunate for the people who regularly attend and gym, because it just makes thing more crowded, but luckily most people do not last for more than a month. I for one am not making my resolution around anything that involves physical activity. My resolution is to care a little less about everything. Stress can cause many bad things, and I find that I get stressed out when I actually care about things. So from now on i am going to be more laid back and go into everything I do thinking that I don't give a shit about what happens. It should make my life a whole lot easier and laid back. You got to enjoy the one life you have.
